ContactsDeduper is a local-first contact organization tool for iOS and macOS. By using it, you agree to these terms.
Apple App Store terms
The app is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple and the developer retain rights not expressly granted by that agreement.
Acceptable use
Use the app only for lawful purposes and only with contacts you are authorized to access. Do not interfere with the app, misuse Contacts access, or use it to violate another person's rights.
Backups and contact data
You are responsible for reviewing merge and delete previews and for keeping exported backups secure. Backups are not encrypted by the app. Do not share backups publicly or commit them to source control.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Create a backup before destructive changes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
Terms may be updated when the app or legal requirements change. The updated date will be shown on this page.
